With over 40 years of experience in veterinary medicine, Dr. Sikorski has seen it all and treated it all. Popularly nicknamed Dr. Bart, he devoted his life to the care of companion animals of all kinds.

His knowledge and expertise, gained over the course of his work in Europe and Canada, is only matched by his devotion to his profession and his love and affection for animals. The clinic is open 6 days a week. It will be our pleasure to take care of your furry companion - young and old, wise and silly..

- Welcome and greet clients in a professional manner
- Respond to inquiries from clients by telephone, email, or in person.
- Schedule appointments and surgeries.
- Manage client check-ins and surgery drop-offs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing.
- Maintain accurate records, calendars, and visit logs.
- Handle front desk sales (food, products, medication)
- Report problems with office equipment, facilities, or supplies.




- Protect confidential information.
- Provide general support to staff as required.

Required

- Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, or related roles is an asset.
- Previous experience in veterinary clinics is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, welcoming, and courteous manner.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a busy environment.

Working conditions

- Work is performed at a front desk reception area.
- The position may require extended periods of sitting.
- Regular interaction with clients and employees.
- Occasional flexibility may be required to support scheduling needs.
- Salary is dependent on level of experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
