You’ll oversee all aspects of the recruitment process—from strategy development and candidate sourcing to offer management—ensuring an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.

Reporting directly to the President, you will foster a positive, collaborative work culture while managing multiple projects.

Team Leadership & Culture Building: Provide ongoing training and professional development to help every team member reach their full potential.

Recruitment Excellence: Manage the full recruitment cycle for your own assignments while guiding the team’s work. Ensure explicit communication and an elevated level of trust, guiding them through every step of the recruitment process.

Process Improvement: Continuously seek out new tools, processes, and strategies to enhance recruitment efficiency. 5+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

A bachelor’s degree or college diploma (preferably in HR or a related field)



or equivalent work experience.
