We’re looking for a commercially minded, people-focused Recruitment Consultant to connect talented professionals with growing Vancouver businesses.

This is a sales-driven, full-cycle recruitment role spanning technology, AI, cleantech, life sciences, digital media, professional services, hospitality, and consumer sectors.

What you’ll do

- Develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify business opportunities and grow your client portfolio
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Assess candidates’ skills, motivations, and career goals
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Support offer discussions and successful placements
- Build strong talent pipelines across Vancouver’s key industries
- Maintain accurate ATS and CRM records
- Work toward clear recruitment, sales, and placement targets
