Position Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Red Seal Journeyman Plumbers who take pride in their workmanship and thrive in a collaborative team setting. In this role, you will work on diverse projects while helping mentor the next generation of tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities

Install plumbing systems for multi-family residential and commercial construction projects.

Read and interpret blueprints, project documents, and technical specifications.

Perform rough-ins, finish installations, fixture setups, and equipment hookups.

Ensure all work is fully code-compliant and meets company quality standards.

Work collaboratively with project supervisors, sub-trades, and clients.

Mentor, guide,



and teach apprentices on site.

- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Certification: Red Seal Plumber Certificate (or equivalent Journeyman ticket).

Experience: Proven experience in new construction (multi-family/commercial).

Skills: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and problem-solve on site.

Licensing: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely in various site conditions.

Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent professional references.

Asset Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Gasfitter Ticket (B or A)

Cross-Connection / Backflow Assembly Tester certification

- First Aid or additional safety certifications

Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour
