Reporting to the National Vice President, you will drive financial performance, operational standards, and team engagement within the assigned Care Communities.

- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation Requirements:
- University degree with 3-5 years in leadership
- Proven track record in operational management
- Strong financial acumen including P&L; experience
- Knowledge of Long-Term Care Provincial Regulatory Framework
