Sienna is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple long-term care homes in Ontario. Reporting to the National Vice President, you will drive financial performance, operational standards, and team engagement within the assigned Care Communities.

- Provide operational leadership to assigned Care Communities
- Manage budgets and strategic fiscal plans effectively




- Analyze regional operational plans for growth
- Champion new initiatives based on senior needs
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation

Requirements:

- University degree with 3-5 years in leadership
- Proven track record in operational management
- Robust financial acumen including P&L; experience
- Knowledge of Long-Term Care Provincial Regulatory Framework
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
