Stradwick Psychology & Neurofeedback Clinic is a rapidly growing full-service mental health clinic in Ottawa with 3 locations (Centretown, Nepean, and Stittsville). We specialize in providing treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of presenting concerns. Areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, ADHD/LD, OCD, grief and loss, developmental trauma, PTSD, chronic pain/illness, concussion, life stressors, and relationship issues.

We offer a full scope of psychological services, including psycho-educational and psycho-diagnostic assessment, individual psychotherapy/CBT, and psychophysiological-based interventions, such as neurofeedback training and other biofeedback modalities

At Stradwick Psychology & Neurofeedback Clinic, we are searching for a compassionate, hard-working Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Social Worker or Psychological Associate who are registered with the respective college for the following positions:

Licensed Therapist who specializes in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based, specialized care to individuals navigating OCD, related anxiety disorders, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, transformative ERP therapy in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you.

Couples Therapist who specializes in evidence-based couples modalities (e.g., Gottman Method, EFT, RLT). We are looking for a dedicated clinician who is passionate about helping couples navigate relationship challenges, improve communication, and build lasting intimacy.

Couples Therapist and Therapist who specialize in OCD/ERP

Requirements:

Registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, Registered with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario or Registered with Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

Must be licensed to work in Ontario, Canada and in positive standing with your regulatory body.

- Couples Therapist : Minimum of 2 years of couples counseling experience required.
- Master’s degree or doctorate in a mental health-related field.
- Registered Psychologist with the CPBAO, Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO or Licensed Social Worker.
- Specialized training and experience in evidence-based couples modalities (e.g., Gottman Method, EFT, RLT).
- Familiarity with modalities such as Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, IFS, Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Therapy, and CBT.
- Knowledge of Ottawa community resources.
- Candidate must be willing to work in a team environment and in a collaborative manner.
- Excellent interviewing and counseling skills.
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Registered Therapist: Minimum of 2 years experience with OCD, providing ERP modalities
- Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO, Licensed Social Worker or Registered Psychologist with the CPBAO
- Bilingualism is an asset.
