We are seeking experienced professionals who are comfortable creating connections, generating interest, and having professional conversations with prospective clients about our educational programs and upcoming events. This remote independent contractor opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and experience in sales, customer service(any capacity), consulting, account management, or other client-facing roles. Training, digital tools, and established systems are provided to support you in building client relationships and expanding your professional practice.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries and scheduled follow-up appointments
- Conduct professional phone and Zoom conversations with prospective clients
- Provide information about available education and professional development programs
- Guide prospective clients through the enrollment process using established systems
- Maintain accurate records and professional communication
- Utilize CRM platforms,
Zoom, email, and other digital business tools
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, customer service, consulting, leadership, account management, business development, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient with or open to learning digital communication tools
- Fluent in English
