Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a 10-person team across Canada and the US Midwest. You will drive growth, develop strategies, and coach field personnel in Value Selling across Life Science capital equipment markets. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Life Science Research Sales and offers remote work with travel up to 30%.

Compensation includes CAD 150,000–175,000 plus a Sales Incentive Plan of CAD 85,000, plus comprehensive advantages.
