We are seeking a skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to enhance our Skilled Services team.
The ideal candidate thrives in delivering project milestones while leveraging industry best practices in a customer-facing role. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation, training, and support for clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document client business requirements
- Configure software based on workflow and business rules
- Train end users remotely and in-person
- Collaborate with project managers and QA teams
- Provide CIS expertise for new customer implementations Requirements:
