KC Elite Construction is a Metro Vancouver renovation and general contracting company specializing in whole-home renovations, bathroom remodels, and repair services. We are expanding our team and seeking a dependable General Labourers to join our crew.
About The Role
This position offers a genuine path for growth opportunities in the trades. You’ll begin with essential site support demolition, cleanup, and material handling, and progressively take on more skilled trade work as your abilities develop, including framing, drywall, and finishing. Compensation increases in step with your skill development.
Responsibilities
- Perform site demolition, cleanup, and material handling
- Support tradespeople across whole-home renovation, bathroom, and repair projects
- Develop trade skills through structured, hands-on training
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites as required
Qualifications
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license (Class 7N license considered)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Own appropriate work attire and footwear
- Capable of sustained physical labour
- No prior construction experience required — training provided
Pay: $20.00-$39.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 50.0 per week
