About the Role

We are hiring Research Analysts to create high-quality evaluation data for advanced AI systems. The role involves conducting research and developing complex, source-verified questions across domains such as history, geography, sports, entertainment, music, business, and current affairs .

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth research using reliable public sources, archives, reference works, and news publications.
- Create original, multi-step research questions with a single objectively verifiable answer .
- Verify facts using multiple independent sources.
- Document research findings and sources for internal review.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent research experience.




- Excellent written English with solid attention to clarity and precision.
- Demonstrated research experience through quizzing, journalism, fact-checking, editorial work, academic research, or similar fields .
- Strong general knowledge with depth in at least one subject area.
- Strong research, fact-checking, and source-verification skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.
- Full-time availability.
- Own laptop and reliable internet.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred
- Competitive quizzing or quiz society experience.
- Experience with citations, editorial standards, or fact-checking.
- Familiarity with archival or historical research.
