About the Role
- Provide legal advice to clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of employment-related files from inception through resolution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of employment-related legal documents.
- Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation.
- Conduct legal research and develop practical, strategic solutions to client matters.
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide commercially minded legal advice.
The Offer

What You Bring
- 5+ years of post-call experience practicing employment law in Ontario.
- Strong experience advising employers on a broad range of employment matters.
- Experience with employment litigation, including wrongful dismissal matters.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and applicable case law.
- Excellent drafting, research, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage files while working effectively within a collaborative team setting.
