Reservations Staff – Muskoka BeerSpaLocation: Muskoka BeerSpa – Torrance, Ontario

Reports To: Operations Manager

Position OverviewMuskoka BeerSpa is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Reservations Team. This role combines reservations, guest services, and beverage service to help provide a seamless experience for our guests from booking through their stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage reservations and guest inquiries by phone, email, and online booking systems.
- Process bookings, modifications, cancellations, and payments.
- Provide accurate information regarding accommodations, spa amenities, pricing, packages, and policies.
- Assist guests with check-in, questions, and requests during their stay.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming guest service/bar area.




- Follow all Smart Serve and responsible alcohol service requirements.
- Communicate reservation and guest information with housekeeping, front desk, and management.
- Assist with general administrative and guest service duties as required.

Qualifications
- Valid Smart Serve Certification required.
- Solid customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and reservation software.
- Ability to multitask in a busy hospitality environment.
- Previous hospitality, reservations, serving, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
