Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, take accurate orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, food industry knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. The Server will be responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering responsibilities and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables during busy periods
- Address guest inquiries promptly,



providing excellent customer service and guest services
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Hospitality or serving experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
