About the Role

We are a busy mobile technology retailer in Brampton specializing in smartphones, accessories, device services, and customer support.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Retail Operations & Customer Experience Associate to support our day-to-day store operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, working with customers, staying organized, and learning different aspects of a retail business.

Previous mobile phone experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided to candidates who are dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

- Assist customers with product questions and general store inquiries.
- Help customers compare smartphones, accessories, and available services.
- Set up, test, and inspect mobile devices following company procedures.
- Assist with basic device setup and troubleshooting.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the store's POS system.
- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory.
- Prepare products for display and ensure merchandise is properly organized.
- Assist with online orders, packing, and shipping when required.
- Keep the sales floor, workspace, and inventory areas clean and organized.
- Update product information and assist with routine administrative tasks.




- Support the team with daily store operations as needed.
- Learn company systems, products, and procedures as part of ongoing training.

Languages
- English is required.
- Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu are considered an asset.

Compensation $18.25–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
