Our fleet includes stadium light towers, a variety of generators, 4000L double-walled skid fuel vaults, 12" 40' frac manifolds with hose, combo units with garbage and gender-specific bathrooms, garbage bins, and other essential equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and fully supported site operations.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Class 3 or 1 Roll-Off Driver & Field Support position is a hybrid role responsible for operating FracWorx commercial vehicles and supporting the day-to-day FracWorx operations.

The primary driving duties include operating a body job cable-lift roll off truck to deliver, exchange, relocate, and retrieve garbage bins and steel bins. The employee will also operate Company pickup trucks, including a 1-ton truck and trailer, to transport units and equipment to and from customer locations.

When not required for driving assignments, the employee will assist with regular FracWorx duties including deliveries, equipment cleaning and preparation, maintenance assistance, yard/shop duties, and support to Field Tech.

The employee must follow all applicable NSC requirements, Company policies, Safe Work Procedures, and customer/site requirements.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Safely operate the cable lift roll-off truck and associated equipment.
- Deliver, exchange, relocate, and retrieve garbage bins and steel bins.
- Safely load, unload, position, and secure bins for transportation.
- Complete required pre-trip/post-trip inspections, driver logs, DVIRs, field tickets, hazard assessments, and other required paperwork.
- Follow applicable Hours of Service, load securement, traffic, and transportation requirements.
- Operate Company pickup trucks and 1-ton trucks with trailers to haul FracWorx units and equipment.
- Pick up and deliver equipment, parts, materials, and supplies as required.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment for transportation.
- Keep FracWorx units and equipment clean, organized, maintained, and ready for dispatch.
- Assist with basic maintenance, replacement, installation, and preparation of equipment.




- Assist Field Technicians with equipment setup, teardown, servicing, and other field requirements as directed.
- Always operate within FracWorx Safety Management System
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FracWorx shop, bay, yard, and equipment.
- Wear all required PPE and comply with the FracWorx Health & Safety Manual and Safe Work Procedures.
- Attend required safety meetings and training.
- Perform other duties as required to support FracWorx operations. Duties and responsibilities may change based on operational requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver's Licence with air brake endorsement.
- Satisfactory commercial driver's abstract with no more than six (6) demerit points.
- Ability to meet and maintain Company insurance requirements.
- Commercial driving experience preferred.
- Roll-off/cable-lift truck experience considered an asset.
- Experience hauling equipment with pickup trucks and trailers considered an asset.
- Oilfield or industrial experience considered an asset.
- Valid Standard First Aid, H2S, and other applicable safety certifications considered assets.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with basic equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, communication, and customer service skills.

DRIVER'S LICENCE & INSURABILITY As this position requires the operation of Company vehicles and commercial equipment, maintaining a valid and appropriate Class 3 or Class 1 Driver's License, an acceptable driver's abstract, and the ability to be insured under the Company's vehicle insurance policy are essential conditions of employment.

For the purpose of this role, an acceptable driver's abstract is defined as having no more than six (6) demerit points. Maintaining a driver's abstract within this threshold is a continuing condition of employment.

Employees must immediately notify the Company of any suspension, restriction, charge, conviction, or other change affecting their driver's licence, driving privileges, or insurability.





The Company may request updated driver's abstracts at any time and may conduct driver evaluations to verify compliance with Company safety standards, customer requirements, and insurance obligations.

Failure to maintain a valid driver's licence, an acceptable driver's abstract, or the ability to be insured may result in removal from driving duties and may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, in accordance with applicable legislation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Will require travel to other locations as well as project sites that require the use of personal protective equipment such as steel toed boots, coveralls, safety glasses, hard hat and mandatory hearing protection.
- Able to occasionally lift items as heavy as 50 lbs.
- Will be exposed to a variety of conditions and job scopes.
- Sitting or standing as needed, as well as walking primarily on a level surface for periods throughout the day.
- Must be able to safely enter/exit trucks, connect trailers, secure loads, and assist with loading and unloading equipment.
- Some physical labour required.
- Reaching above shoulder height or below the waist as well as some lifting as required.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time hybrid salary/hourly position. The employee will receive a base salary for regular FracWorx operational and support duties and an applicable hourly rate when performing designated commercial driving duties, as outlined in the employee's Offer of Employment or Compensation Agreement. (Shift Pattern- Monday to Friday or 10-4)

Hours of work may vary based on operational requirements. Some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime may be required.

Pay: $34.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
