About the Role

As a Sales Closer, you'll attend pre-scheduled, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners who are already interested in roofing solutions. You will not be cold calling or door knocking our dedicated setters and digital marketing campaigns generate all leads. Your job is to show up, build trust, present solutions, and close deals.

All appointments are populated directly into your calendar. You'll be responsible for attending these appointments and closing sales. Compensation is commission-based, paid biweekly, with top performers earning $30,000–$50,000+ per month.

Responsibilities

- Attend 6–8 pre-scheduled, in-home appointments per day across the Lower Mainland
- Conduct basic roof and exterior inspections
- Present roofing solutions and project estimates to homeowners
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Use provided tools and systems to track appointments and sales performance

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of proven closing experience (this is not a role for beginners)




- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (you'll be driving to appointments daily across the Lower Mainland)
- Must currently reside in BC's Lower Mainland (Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, Delta, New Westminster, Abbotsford, or surrounding areas)
- Roofing or home improvement sales experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using digital calendars and basic CRM tools
- Available for evenings and weekends as needed (homeowner appointments)
