Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer with extensive experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and supporting enterprise web applications using the Microsoft .NET and Azure technology stack .

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, Blazor WebAssembly, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF, Crystal Reports, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Container Instances, Angular, REST APIs, Oracle, SQL Server, and PL/SQL .

The successful candidate will also bring strong experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, OAuth, MFA, SSO, Key Vault, Managed Identities, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, API security, WCAG/AODA compliance, database design, and Agile development .

Key Responsibilities

- Full Stack Application Development – 65%
- Design, develop, test, debug, and enhance enterprise web-based applications.
- Develop solutions using C#, ASP.NET, Web API, Blazor WASM, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Develop and maintain multi-threaded Windows services.
- Translate technical system specifications and business requirements into working, tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications and write, generate, compile, and maintain application code.
- Conduct unit testing and support application integration and deployment.
- Design and implement reusable software components using NuGet or other package managers.
- Apply SOLID design principles, Dependency Injection, Simple Injector, and modern software design patterns.
- Develop front-end solutions using Angular, Angular Material Design, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JScript.
- Design responsive web applications with full WCAG AA/AODA compliance.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure effective front-end/API communication.
- Work with API tools including Swagger, Postman, and Thunder Client for development and testing.
- Develop reports and application enhancements, including solutions using Crystal Reports.
- Support application deployment, troubleshooting, conversion, migration, and post-implementation activities.
- Azure Cloud & DevOps
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and support solutions using:

- Azure Functions

- Azure Key Vault

- Managed Identities
- Configure and secure Azure applications and services.
- Configure Azure App Registrations and associated security policies.
- Implement and manage OAuth-based authentication and authorization.
- Support Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Configure client-side and server-side CORS policies.
- Build and deliver Azure Cloud applications using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support Agile development using short iterations, user stories, DevOps/TFS tracking, and estimation.
- Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- API Development & Integration
- Design, develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Develop and test Web API services.
- Implement API security using Azure AD/Entra ID and OAuth.
- Configure Azure App Registrations and related access policies.
- Test APIs using Postman, Swagger, and Thunder Client.




- Ensure front-end applications can efficiently query and consume APIs.
- Integrate front-end and back-end application components.
- Support API troubleshooting, performance, security, and deployment activities.
- Work with REST and SOAP web services where required.
- Database Development & Data Integration
- Design and model relational databases for web-based applications.
- Develop and maintain database solutions using Oracle and SQL Server.
- Work extensively with PL/SQL Developer and TOAD.
- Develop SQL scripts and database queries to support application functionality and reporting.
- Support database integration with web-based applications.
- Analyze requirements to determine functional requirements for reports and application enhancements.
- Work with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
- Support data pipelines involving extraction, transformation, loading, and integration activities.
- Application Architecture, Testing & Quality
- Follow structured SDLC processes and industry standards for design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Design applications for scalability, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Develop self-contained, reusable, and testable software components.
- Perform unit testing and support integration, regression, and system testing.
- Use testing frameworks and tools including xUnit and Moq.
- Review, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and technical issues.
- Conduct technical design walkthroughs with project teams.
- Support production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure applications comply with AODA and WCAG AA accessibility requirements.
- Provide technical documentation, user documentation, and development specifications.
- Business & Technical Collaboration – 30%
- Collaborate with business users, developers, IT professionals, project teams, and client stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Support projects involving multiple highly interdependent applications and data sources.
- Work effectively in multi-client and multi-partner environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations to support business objectives.
- Lead and support business users in achieving desired project outcomes.
- Help ensure assignments are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and development activities.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Public Sector Experience – 5%
- Experience working within the Public Sector, particularly education systems, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with public sector applications, methodologies, standards, and processes is an asset.
