Lead safe, compliant operations under IFR and VFR across varied terrain and weather. Exercise sound judgment in all phases of flight; champion SOPs, checklists, and SMS principles.

Mentor and develop First Officers, fostering a high-performance, learning-focused cockpit. Coordinate effectively with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Stations to ensure operational excellence. Deliver a welcoming, service-forward experience for every guest.

Total Time: 2,000 hours PIC Time: 1,000 hours Relevant Experience: 1,000 hours (multi-engine, multi-crew, IFR, and/or turbine) in 600/702/703/704/705 operation Licence: TCCA ATPL Medical: Class 1 Language Proficiency: Minimum ICAO ELP Level 4 Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC. Ability to travel to/from the United States without restrictions. As visa sponsorship is not provided, candidates should already be eligible to work in Canada.
