The Role

We are scaling our team to meet growing demand and are looking for a Sales Analyst to fill a new role that will help grow our business with Canada’s largest retailers.

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Sales & Inventory Analyst to support our National Account business with a primary focus on Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw . This role is responsible for transforming sales, inventory, and POS data into actionable business insights while ensuring optimal inventory management, replenishment, and in-store execution.

Working cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Retailer partners, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, maintaining healthy inventory levels, improving reporting capabilities, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Sales, POS & Business Analytics

· Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, business reporting tools, and performance reviews.

· Analyze POS, shipment, inventory, and category performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

· Lead POS reporting and analysis by interpreting results and delivering actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and retailer meetings.

· Support preparation of customer business reviews, line reviews, and strategic planning presentations.

Inventory, Replenishment & Supply Chain





· Partner closely with the Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw replenishment teams through regular business reviews and planning meetings.

· Collaborate with demand planners to validate forecasts, review replenishment assumptions, and recommend required adjustments.

· Monitor store and distribution center inventory levels to maximize in-stock performance and on-shelf availability.

· Identify and resolve replenishment and fulfillment issues while supporting accurate order flow with customer logistics teams.

- Qualifications

· Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting sales, inventory, replenishment, or analytics with National Accounts. · Shoppers Drug Mart and/or Loblaw experience is preferred.

· CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) knowledge is considered a strong asset.

· Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

· Demonstrated experience analyzing POS data and translating insights into business recommendations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

· Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams.

· Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.





· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Experience with LDIA, Priority Manager, OneNote, or similar retail reporting systems is an asset.

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
