- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured items
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Prior experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred, with a focus on product demos and technical explanations
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, are essential for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandise displays and stock levels efficiently
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service
