Hat Phones is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time or Part-Time Sales Associate to join our growing team.

About the Position

You’ll help customers find the right phones, accessories and services while providing excellent customer service. We’re looking for someone who enjoys sales, technology and working with people.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with phones, accessories and services
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Sell phones, cases, screen protectors and accessories
- Answer customer questions about smartphones and technology
- Process sales and payments
- Keep displays and the sales floor clean and organized
- Help with inventory and merchandising
- Learn about new phones, products and services

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail, customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required

Job Details Job Type: Part-Time, Full-Time

Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week (part-time), 25-40 hours per week (full-time)

Location: 516 3rd Street SE, Medicine Hat, AB

Schedule: Weekday and Saturday availability may be required
