Sun Glow Window Covering Products of Canada Ltd. is a Canadian manufacturer of custom window covering solutions serving dealers, designers, contractors, builders, and commercial customers across Canada and the United States.

Our product offering includes roller shades, cellular shades, zebra shades, motorized window coverings, specialty shading systems, and a wide range of commercial and residential fabrics.

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-focused Sales Representative to help grow our business throughout Ontario.

The Role The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory by developing strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and opening current accounts.

This is a field-focused sales position. The successful candidate will regularly visit dealers, designers, contractors, and other industry partners to provide product support, training, samples, and solutions that help customers grow their window covering business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with existing Sun Glow dealers and customers
- Identify, prospect, and open new dealer accounts throughout the assigned territory
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits
- Develop a territory sales plan and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities
- Introduce customers to new products, fabrics, motorization systems, and sales programs
- Conduct product demonstrations and dealer training sessions
- Work with customers to identify opportunities to increase their Sun Glow business
- Support customers with product selection, quoting, specifications, and application questions
- Follow up on leads, quotes, projects, and sales opportunities
- Identify competitive activity and market trends within the territory
- Maintain accurate customer notes, activities, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM




- Coordinate with Sun Glow's customer service, estimating, marketing, production, and management teams
- Represent Sun Glow professionally at customer meetings, trade events, and industry functions
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and territory growth targets

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in B2B sales, outside sales, territory management, or business development
- Solid relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable prospecting and developing recent business
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a territory independently
- Organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
- Comfortable learning technical products and explaining them to customers
- Confident conducting presentations and product demonstrations
- Comfortable using CRM and other sales software
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and ability to travel regularly throughout the territory

Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following industries would be considered an asset:
- Window coverings
- Interior design
- Building materials
- Architectural products
- Construction
- Home improvement
- Commercial interiors
- Dealer or distributor sales

Window covering experience is an asset, but we are also interested in strong B2B salespeople who are motivated to learn the industry.

Pay: $70,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
