Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Architect for a contract engagement.

Duration of the contract (planned start date and planned end date) : September 2026 - March 2027 with a strong possibility of extension for a total of 12 months

Rank : Senior Manager

Work Model: Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite in Toronto; travel to Chicago once per quarter.

Brief

- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for financial services use cases. This role requires both hands-on expertise and architectural leadership, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards, scalability, and best practices.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience with FSC data models, integrations, and solution design, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions. The candidate should lead large teams and work with business and product owners. Knowledge and experience of wealth management is an asset.

Solution Architecture & Design

- Define end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce FSC implementations
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
- Lead technical design discussions and produce HLD / LLD documentation




- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and roadmaps

Development & Customization

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce FSC solutions
- Configure FSC features as needed

Platform & Integration

- Architect and implement integrations using:
- REST / SOAP APIs
- Platform Events
- Middleware
- Ensure seamless integration with external financial systems

Salesforce Configuration & Security Delivery & Governance

- Establish coding standards, best practices, and reusable components
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure code coverage
- Support CI/CD pipelines
- Lead deployments and support UAT, production rollout, and hypercare
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders
- Act as a technical advisor, guiding design decisions and trade-offs
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
