Permanent Salesforce Platform

Administrator (Apex/Automation Focus) Edmonton or Calgary, AB (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office) Permanent | Full-time Finning Canada is looking for a Salesforce Platform Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce environment within a Tier 3/4 support model. You’ll play a key role in keeping the platform stable, improving processes, and driving smarter, AI-enabled support operations. An admin-first professional with strong technical curiosity A problem solver who enjoys working in a support + continuous improvement workplace Platform Administration & Configuration Build and maintain lightweight Apex (classes, triggers, test classes) and SOQL Support basic Lightning Web Components (LWC) where needed Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven automation Production Support & Continuous Improvement Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and data issues Execute controlled configuration and metadata changes Contribute to root cause analysis and preventative solutions Provide training, documentation, and guidance to users Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Salesforce Flow (advanced) Configuration (objects, validation rules, approvals, security) Exposure to Lightning Web Components (LWC)
