Job Title: Salesforce Functional Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Analyst with solid expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, business analysis, requirements gathering, and enterprise Salesforce solutions . The ideal candidate will have solid financial services/banking experience and the ability to bridge business requirements with scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, current-state and future-state processes, and pain points .
- Conduct workshops, interviews, requirement-gathering, and refinement sessions with Product Owners, architects, technical leads, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend the best Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions and propose suitable custom solutions where gaps exist.
- Partner with Technical Leads and UX teams to evaluate solution options and define optimal outcomes.
- Prepare and present solution proposals and problem statements to the Salesforce Design Authority .
- Conduct POCs and impact analysis across existing Salesforce processes, configurations, and data.
- Create functional artifacts including refined Epics, development-ready User Stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation .
- Maintain functional documentation and solution information in Confluence .




- Participate in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies and lead squad refinement sessions.
- Support QA by defining functional scenarios, clarifying requirements, and reviewing test cases.
- Participate in defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution .
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and enterprise governance requirements .

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, post-graduate degree, or relevant education in Engineering or a related discipline .
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Lead/Functional Analyst .
- 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services/Banking industry .
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in highly regulated environments .
- Strong understanding of banking workflows, customer lifecycle, product lifecycle, and financial compliance .
- Hands-on functional expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
- Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking systems and enterprise data lakes .
- Strong requirements analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, executives, senior leaders, architects, and technical teams .
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise DevOps pipelines .
