Iris's Direct client, a highly diversified financial services provider based in ON, CA is looking to hire a Salesforce Lead f for a Long Term Contract opportunity.

- 3+ years on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - deep knowledge of the data model (Accounts, Relationships, Financial Accounts, Policies) sharing and visibility
- Insurance domain experience — policy lifecycle, claims, producer management, or similar
- Hands-on CI/CD: SFDX, Git, and at least one of Flosum / Copado / Gearset
- Proven integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, idempotency, retry patterns, event streams
- Experience leading technical delivery - setting standards, owning quality, mentoring developers
- Robust unit testing discipline (meaningful assertions, not just coverage %)
