SAP Client Delivery Manager (CDM)

Overview

We are looking for SAP Client Delivery Managers (CDM) to support SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) customers. The role requires a good mix of SAP Basis/Cloud knowledge and strong customer-facing skills .

The CDM will work closely with customers, SAP teams, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery, manage escalations, and support SAP cloud transformation initiatives.

Junior CDM – E2.2

Requirements

- 5–7 years of SAP Basis experience.
- 2–3 years of customer-facing experience.
- Experience with SAP landscape administration.
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, HANA, RISE, BTP, and SAP Cloud .
- Exposure to SAP upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and cloud migrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Senior CDM – E3.1

Requirements

- 10+ years of SAP experience.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.




- Experience managing large/enterprise SAP customers.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECS, RISE, S/4HANA, BTP, HANA, and Cloud Transformation .
- Experience with SAP delivery, governance, escalations, and service management.
- Robust leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers.
- Manage service delivery, escalations, and customer issues.
- Build relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Coordinate with SAP teams, partners, and customer teams.
- Lead governance meetings, service reviews, and QBRs.
- Support S/4HANA, RISE, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Monitor service performance and SLA compliance.
- Support onboarding, transition, stabilization, and ongoing operations.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and optimization.
