The Executive
Director will deliver operational leadership across medical imaging while advancing innovative approaches that enhance diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care. Candidates should possess extensive strategic leadership experience in a multi-stakeholder environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated provincial medical imaging strategies
- Optimize capacity, patient flow, and wait times
- Lead planning and coordination across imaging services
- Foster collaboration with health-system stakeholders
- Implement and monitor performance for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Graduate or Master’s degree in relevant field
- Licensed and in positive standing with regulatory body
- 10+ years in leadership roles with innovative program development
- Extensive experience managing complex health systems
- Proven track record of multi-stakeholder collaboration
