Job Summary

The SD Senior Consultant is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution solutions that align with business needs and deliver measurable value. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal project teams to analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and support the successful implementation, evolution, and optimization of SD processes in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP SD solutions across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
- Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, design sessions, and solution validation meetings.
- Configure SAP SD components, including order processing, pricing, shipping, billing, and related integration points.
- Support end-to-end testing, incident resolution, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes,



system performance, and user experience.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials as needed.
- Provide guidance to junior consultants and contribute to overall project delivery quality.
- Support client success through proactive communication, incident management, and solution ownership.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant in implementation, support, or transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and configuration.
- Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting end-to-end delivery.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is necessary for client-facing implementation activities across multiple regions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in large-scale or complex SAP environments.
- Knowledge of integration points with adjacent SAP modules such as MM, FI, or PP.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA projects or SAP transformation initiatives.
- Experience in global delivery environments and cross-functional project teams.
- Strong documentation, workshop facilitation,



and in-person client presentation skills.
- An appreciation for innovation, continuous improvement, and modern delivery approaches, including automation and AI-enabled services.

Education & Certifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- SAP SD certification or another relevant SAP certification preferred.
- Additional certifications in SAP S/4HANA or related functional areas are an asset.

Salary range for this role : 120-150k$CAD
