Greenhouse Software is seeking a Manager, Security Engineering to lead Product and Corporate Security strategies and roadmaps. You will manage a team of security engineers, drive secure-by-default product initiatives, and advance AI-enabled security workflows across assessments, triage, patching, and response.
You will partner with Engineering, IT, Legal, and Compliance to raise security posture, implement up-to-date IAM, and ensure responsible AI practices.
