SECURITY GUARDS – FULL TIME POSITIONS We are looking for a dedicated and detail‐oriented SOC Operator to support our Security Operations Centre.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring security systems, managing access control platforms, responding to incidents, and preparing accurate incident reports. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and effective in a dynamic control room setting. These are full‐time opportunities, and all shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a computer skills assessment as part of the pre‐employment evaluation process.

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property, its assets, and personnel. Monitor CCTV system and identify suspicious or irregular activity Operate within a control room environment following established protocols Makes periodic patrols to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.





Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Controls access to client sites or facility through the admittance process. Patrols assigned sites on foot or in vehicles; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized people.

Satisfies client needs by providing excellent customer service while minimizing risk to the client's property and assets. Monitors intrusion detection systems using automated alarm and video monitoring software. Use computer systems and software to monitor sites and complete basic training.

Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations. Valid provincial Security Guard License Strong computer skills, and experience in SOC (Security Operations Centre) setting is an asset. Working knowledge of security operations and procedures Strong customer service and communication skills.
