Absolute Security Ltd. is immediately hiring 3 reliable Security Guards for outdoor parking lot access control in Mississauga. We are looking for dedicated guards available every Friday for an ongoing, long-term assignment with the potential to transition into full-time hours.

Shift Details

- Schedule: Every Friday (Ongoing / Long-Term)
- Duration: 4 hours per shift
- Timing: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM OR 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (To be confirmed)
- Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor outdoor parking lot access and control traffic/entry points.
- Perform active foot patrols around the property.
- Stand and patrol outdoors for the duration of the 4-hour shift.
- Maintain a visible, professional security presence.

Mandatory Requirements

- Licensing: Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Work Eligibility:



Must be legally authorized to work in Canada on SIN payroll (no cash payments).
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand and walk outdoors for 4 consecutive hours.
- Availability: Must be consistently available every Friday.
- Reliability: Team player, strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable.

Pay & Work Structure

- Pay Rate: $19.00/hour paid on official payroll.
