BUP Security Inc. is seeking a reliable, qualified, and observant Security Patrol Guard to provide overnight patrol services at a condominium property located at 75 Portland Street in Toronto.

This position is ideal for a security professional looking for consistent Friday and Saturday overnight shifts. The primary responsibility is to conduct regular patrols of the condominium's parking areas and interior common areas, while working alongside an on-site concierge security guard.

Schedule

- Friday: 11:30 PM – 3:30 AM
- Saturday: 11:30 PM – 3:30 AM
- Total: 8 hours per week
- Consistent weekly schedule

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the parking lot, garage, building perimeter, and interior common areas.
- Monitor the property for suspicious activity, unauthorized individuals, safety hazards, and security concerns.
- Check designated areas of the property during each patrol and identify any unusual or potentially unsafe conditions.
- Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.
- Coordinate patrol activities with the on-site concierge security guard, who will be working throughout the night.
- Respond appropriately to security-related incidents and emergencies.
- Report any incidents, property damage, safety concerns, or suspicious activity to the appropriate supervisor.
- Complete required patrol and incident reports accurately and promptly.




- Follow all site-specific post orders, procedures, and instructions.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with residents, visitors, contractors, and other building personnel.

Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Previous security, condominium, mobile patrol, or patrol experience is considered an asset.
- Strong observation and situational-awareness skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the on-site concierge guard.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight hours.
- Ability to walk and patrol the property for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable working overnight shifts.
