Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior AI Adoption Analyst (10+ years) to support Microsoft tenant migration and AI platform adoption using Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 services ( 365)

Join a large-scale tenant consolidation initiative supporting employee transition activities across Microsoft collaboration and AI platforms. This role focuses on user migration support, Microsoft Copilot adoption, SharePoint enablement, and change management activities tied to the Nexus Tenant Consolidation Program. The position works closely with business users, project leadership, and technical teams to support migration readiness, onboarding, and user enablement across impacted business groups.

Must Haves

- 10+ years in technology adoption , business analysis , digital workplace support , or change management
- Microsoft Copilot , Microsoft 365 , SharePoint Online , Teams , and OneDrive
- Tenant migration , user provisioning , licensing , and access management
- Copilot Studio agents , AI assistants , and enterprise AI platforms
- Education in a related field

Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Microsoft tenant migrations or tenant consolidation initiatives
- Experience with Power Platform
- Experience supporting SharePoint migrations or collaboration platform transformations
- Certification or training in change management practices
- Experience in utilities, energy, or large enterprise environments

Responsibilities




- Support planning and execution of user migration activities across impacted business units
- Coordinate with project teams on migration waves, dependencies, and business impacts
- Assist users with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 migration impacts
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with technical teams for advanced support needs
- Develop and maintain FAQs, guides, and support materials
- Facilitate workshops, office hours, stakeholder engagement activities, and support sessions
- Track risks, issues, and user concerns related to migration readiness and adoption
