This is a replacement role supporting the Site Leadership Team (SLT) in the implementation, execution, and monitoring of business strategy and organizational objectives.

The Senior Business

Analyst will leverage strong analytical and business acumen to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes, and support strategic decision‑making across the operation. Working closely with key stakeholders, this role plays an important part in driving operational effectiveness and business performance.





Salary Range: $130,000 - $155,000 CAD plus bonus and advantages. Support the Site Leadership Team in executing and tracking strategic initiatives Analyze operational and business performance data to provide actionable insights Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities Develop reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics Assist in business planning, project evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives A degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline Significant experience in business analysis, operational improvement, or strategic planning Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI Experience within the mining, industrial, or resource sector is considered an asset At Evolution, as our name suggests, change and transformation are in our DNA.
