Senior Business Analyst - Process & Policy Documentation We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a project for a large UK energy retailer. The role will focus on translating workshop discussions and stakeholder input into clear, structured policy and process documentation across people, organisational and procurement areas.

Key responsibilities

Participate in workshops and capture detailed information and decisions in real time.

Prepare clear and well-structured policy and process documentation.

Translate complex discussions into practical, easy-to-understand content.

Coordinate document reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

Maintain accuracy and consistency across the documentation produced.

Work closely with project team members and relevant business stakeholders.

What we are looking for At least 4 years of Business Analysis experience.





Practical experience in preparing process, policy or operational documentation.

Ability to capture and structure detailed information during live workshops.

Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and incorporating review comments.

Qualified command of English.

Location: Windsor, UK

On-site presence: approximately every couple of weeks

Start: as soon as possible

Initial duration: approximately 6 months

Candidate location: UK-based candidates are preferred; candidates based elsewhere in Europe may also be considered where regular travel to Windsor is feasible
