You are a seasoned Senior Cost Estimator specializing in Civil infrastructure and transit projects estimatingwith a minimum of8years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a comparable role in a similar environment. As a Senior Cost Consultant ,you will be involved in: Prepare construction cost estimates (Class 5 to Class 1) for infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, tunnels, LRT, transit, utilities, and municipal civil works.

Actively interfacing with project clients, key stakeholders, contractors, and consultants (engineering, etc.)providing cost adviceduring all project stages. Review, validationofcost submissionsfrom General Contractor(s)within aProgressive Design Build contractual environment as part of Target Cost/Price Development. Providing cost reconciliation cost estimates including associated justification to be presented to project clients and key stakeholders.





Producing cost benchmarksfor validation and target-setting on major infrastructure projects.

Quantity
