- Prepare construction cost estimates from feasibility to detailed design
- Produce, present, and defend cost plans for key clients
- Interface with clients and stakeholders throughout project phases
- Review contractor cost submissions in progressive design-build settings
- Engage in value engineering workshops for cost optimization Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or similar
- 8-15 years in cost estimating for infrastructure projects
