Senior Data Scientist to optimize marketing investments using marketing measurement, experimentation, attribution, and econometric modeling

Downtown Toronto (Hybrid - 3 days in office) Join a data-driven analytics team focused on transforming how marketing investments are measured, optimized, and scaled across the customer lifecycle. This role partners with Marketing, Product, Finance, Data Engineering, Analytics teams, and external agencies to deliver actionable insights supporting GTM strategy and business performance. The position focuses on marketing measurement, Media Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution methodologies, forecasting, and scalable analytics solutions across digital marketing channels.

The role also supports evolving analytics capabilities through AI-powered tools and contemporary data science techniques.

Marketing

Analytics , Marketing Data Science , Digital Analytics A/B testing , incrementality testing , SQL , Python , Tableau , Power BI , or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related quantitative field Familiarity with SEO measurement, GEO, and AEO Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot Master's degree in a related quantitative field Lead measurement and analytics for GTM initiatives across Paid Search, Organic Search, Display, Social, CRM, and digital marketing channels Design and execute measurement strategies including A/B testing, incrementality testing, geo lift studies, conversion lift, and causal analyses Develop and evolve Media Mix Models (MMM) to support budget allocation and investment planning Build forecasting models for channel performance, customer acquisition, revenue, and marketing efficiency Measure customer journeys, email performance, retention initiatives, and customer engagement with Lifecycle Marketing and CRM teams Translate complex analyses into recommendations that support business decisions and marketing investment optimization Disclaimer: AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
