Director – Funds Fitch Ratings’ Funds & Asset Management group is currently seeking a Senior Director.

Ratings’ Funds & Asset Management group is a global team responsible for fund ratings analysis, methodology and model development,



and publication of research on analytical and regulatory developments affecting the asset management sector. The group analyzes and publishes research on fund finance (subscription facilities, NAV loans, CFOs, and rated feeders), leveraged closed end funds (CEFs), money market funds (MMFs), bonds funds, exchange traded funds (ETFs), local government investment pools (LGIPs), and asset managers. The individual who fills this position will help oversee the group’s coverage across all of its segments in NA, EMEA and APAC A flexible work environment with the ability to work remotely for up to two days per week Set strategic direction for the team and drive execution of key initiatives, including development of new rating methodologies, models, operational infrastructure, and research Build and maintain senior relationships with investors, bankers, and fund managers; Evaluate complex transactions involving funds and structured products, integrating quantitative modelling, qualitative analysis, and legal documentation review Lead due diligence meetings with fund managers and lenders Solid experience in credit analysis, with exposure to funds or structured finance a plus Proven experience managing teams and delivering multi-stakeholder complex projects Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel Sound academic track record to at least first university degree level, preferably in finance, economics,
