Taiv

Winnipeg

Who We Are: Taiv is a fast-growing tech startup located in Winnipeg, Canada. Taiv uses AI to make business TV more fun, engaging, profitable, and easier to manage, starting with bars and restaurants. We've built proprietary tech that uses computer vision to watch live TV and improve the content with contextually-aware commercials, content, and games.

Our tech also automates the manual AV tasks that venues have to do every day, to make bar management easier, standardized, and more profitable. We're venture-capital backed and graduated from Y Combinator, the world's top tech accelerator, in winter 2020. Program alumni include Airbnb, Instacart, DoorDash, etc. (www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies).

We are looking for a Sr. Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team!

What We're Looking For: Taiv's enterprise pipeline includes some of the largest multi-location partners in hospitality and gaming: casino resorts and multi-property restaurant or hotel groups. These are our highest-value accounts, and losing one costs more than a single venue. It costs us the reference story that helps close the next ten deals.

This role owns that risk. You'll take over a small portfolio of Taiv's largest, most complex partners and be the person they call when something needs attention, whether that's a technical issue, a rollout to new locations, or a question about what's coming next from Taiv. You'll need to understand each partner's business well enough to know what they need before they ask for it.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Own the relationship end to end. You're the main point of contact for a portfolio of Taiv's largest enterprise partners,

the person they call first no matter what the issue actually is.
- Learn the account cold. Know each partner's org chart, who signs off on expansion, what they're measured on internally, and what would make them consider leaving.
- Run the business reviews. Bring data on device uptime and account health to regular check-ins with partner leadership, and use them to surface expansion opportunities, not just report status.
- Get ahead of problems. When a device goes down at a flagship property or an install slips, you're the one coordinating internally to get it fixed before the partner has to ask twice.
- Grow the accounts you own. Spot where a partner could add locations, adopt new features, or expand the relationship, and build the case for it.
- Be the voice of the partner internally. Bring what you're hearing back to product, ops, and leadership so Taiv keeps building what enterprise partners actually need.

Who You Are:
- You've managed a book of high-priority or large-scale accounts before, and you know the difference between managing an account and just checking in on it.
- You can sit across from a partner's VP of Operations and hold your own. You know how to read what a stakeholder actually cares about, not just what they say in the meeting.

- Something going wrong with one of your top accounts doesn't rattle you. It's the kind of moment you're built for.
- You write and speak clearly enough that a partner never has to guess where things stand.
- You think ahead.

You'd rather flag a risk two weeks before it's a problem than explain it after the fact.

- You can hold several complex, high-stakes relationships at once without losing track of any of them.

Your Qualifications:
- 4+ years in enterprise account management, strategic account management, or a similar client-facing role managing a large or high-priority book of business.
- A track record managing relationships with large, multi-location, or brand-name clients, not just small or transactional accounts.
- Experience presenting to and negotiating with senior stakeholders (directors, VPs, or ownership groups).
- Comfortable working out of a CRM and building reporting that partners actually read.

Nice To Have:
- Experience in hospitality, gaming, casino, or multi-unit restaurant operations.
- Experience at a startup where you had to build your own process.
- Experience managing accounts through an expansion or renewal cycle, not just steady-state support.

Perks:
- Employee stock options
- 100% employer-covered health benefits
- Flex-time & unlimited paid vacation
- Gym membership
- Catered lunches 3x per week
- Dog-friendly office
- Hybrid work model
- Free parking in office

Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $80,000-$90,000
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Ability to commute: can reliably commute to the office (required)
