Senior Estimator – Okanagan, BC

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator This role is responsible for leading estimates across a variety of project types and delivery methods, working closely with operations, project teams, clients, consultants, and trade partners. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator looking to take ownership of projects and play a key role in pre‑construction planning and strategy. Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing Participate in client meetings, project interviews, and pre‑construction planning Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies Collaborate with operations and project teams throughout the estimating process Mentor junior estimators and support the development of estimating best practices in commercial, institutional, or industrial construction Experience preparing estimates for a variety of contract types and project delivery models Proficiency with estimating and construction software (InEight, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, etc.) Post‑secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering,
