We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a 12‑month contract to support month‑end close, financial reporting, and accounting processes. The role is fully remote, but the person must reside in Ontario or Calgary, Canada.

Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting working papers for month‑end and quarter‑end close. Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and note disclosures under IFRS. Support external and regulatory reporting requirements.

Analyze financial results and investigate variances. Assist with IFRS 9, 15, 16 and 17 reporting processes and accounting activities. Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audit requests.

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies. Participate in process improvement initiatives, reporting enhancements, and special projects.

Requirements CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA.



2–5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience. Knowledge of IFRS and financial statement preparation.

Strong

Excel and financial systems skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada.
