You will engage in financial modeling, support strategic decision-making, and monitor portfolio performance. The ideal candidate has robust analytical skills and extensive experience in FP&A; or corporate finance. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare financial forecasting models for business planning
- Analyze financial performance vs. market benchmarks
- Lead preparation of internal portfolio-level reporting packages
- Maintain property-level dashboards for operational insights Requirements:
- Degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
