The successful candidate will manage and mentor a team, aligning project goals while building strong client relationships and pursuing business development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate updates with Senior Manager on group targets
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans strategically
- Assist Project Managers with budgets and project schedules




- Mentor and motivate group members through effective leadership
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the market Requirements:
- P.Eng. registered with PEO in Ontario
- Minimum 10 years of engineering consulting experience
- Strong project management and design skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
