We're hiring a Senior Implementation Manager to run our largest client implementations end to end: signed deal, discovery, configuration, training, go-live, and beyond. You'd quarterback enterprise projects for food manufacturers and produce operations rolling out our food safety platform, some across thousands of locations. You build the plan, run the meetings, coordinate our analysts and Client Success team, keep everyone aligned from the exec sponsor to the plant floor, and build client-facing materials that hold a high bar (kickoff decks, project plans, training programs).

This is client-facing delivery work at a SaaS company, it's not internal software delivery. No sprints, no dev teams, no internal IT projects. If your implementation experience is onboarding your own company onto new tools, this isn't the right match. If you've owned multi-month, multi-phase implementations for external enterprise clients and can show the plans and materials you built, we should talk.

This role is open to candidates across Canada, with Calgary preferred (2 days per week in our office if you're local).

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own enterprise implementations end to end: discovery, requirements, scope, timelines, configuration coordination, training, go-live, and early adoption
- Build and run the project plan: milestones, dependencies, risks, and a status cadence that keeps clients and internal teams aligned without being asked
- Lead kickoff, review, training, and go-live sessions, tailored to each client's size, structure, and program scope
- Build the client-facing materials for each engagement: kickoff decks, project plans, training docs and videos
- Coordinate internal resources (other Client Success team members) so everyone knows what's theirs and by when
- Run multiple concurrent enterprise projects while keeping timelines, documentation, and reporting on track
- Stay on key accounts post go-live
- Help build our enterprise implementation playbook as we scale




- Travel to client locations primarily within North America (up to 20-25%)

REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years delivering SaaS implementations to external enterprise clients at a software company
- Proven ownership of complex, multi-phase, multi-site implementations (think months, not weeks; many stakeholders, not a single admin)
- You personally build high-quality client-facing materials and can show examples
- Robust project management discipline: plans, status reporting, risk management, and the tooling to back it up
- Comfortable translating technical topics (data, configuration, integrations) between clients and internal teams
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset; nobody hands you a task list here

NICE TO HAVE

- Food safety or quality assurance background (HACCP, SQF, BRC, FSMA)
- Spanish or French
- Experience with large multi-site rollouts or train-the-trainer programs
