Scotiabank is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Digital Enablement Product Support on a 12-month contract, based in Toronto. The role focuses on CRM solutions for IB Retail & Digital, driving product strategy, and working with engineering, design, and QA in an Agile/Scrum setting.

You will lead user research, collaborate with stakeholders, and use data analytics to guide feature development while ensuring solid change management and executive communication.
