The Senior

Manager, Product Owner role requires in-depth experience in building enterprise scaled cloud platforms, enabling cloud services and compute capabilities, and codifying patterns for cloud consumption by out internal customers that adhere to enterprise and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have current experience with managing Microsoft Entra ID Tenants, Google Identity, and AWS IAM – designing access models in Azure compute, Google orgs, and AWS accounts, and is familiar with Cloud-based pipeline development and related DevSecOps tooling. Lead a team of engineers to design, engineer, and coordinate execution of IAM related components for recent service delivery, platform enablement & enhancements, and cloud migrations on our Azure Public Cloud platform, Office 365, AWS, GCP, and other SaaS Services.

Partner with management to support the delivery of a product vision and create and maintain a product backlog and continuously re-prioritize user stories that will provide the most customer value in delivering against the vision. Collaborate with other engineering product owners, requestors, and release train engineers to identify, scope, plan, and drive execution of work for your engineering and delivery pod. Work with the various stakeholders including Enterprise Technology, Enterprise Security Risk Management, and LOB partners to manage IAM components of cloud projects including getting requirements, defining solution options, and validation and approval of key decisions and exceptions.

Interface with other IT and Enterprise Security Risk Management teams to ensure the creation of integrated processes to implement and track relevant controls.

Required Technical Skills

Deep technical knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Azure platform, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and related services. In-depth experience with cloud IAM technologies, including role management, IAM policy management, OIDC Federation, managed identities, etc.





Experience with CI/CD framework and common DevOps tools and technologies used for orchestration, automated configuration, containers and container orchestration.

Secrets

Management with products like Hashicorp Vault and Cyberark Scripting and Automation experience using native CLI, PowerShell, and/or Python. 4+ years of experience with public cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Google GCP, and Amazon AWS ~3+ years of experience with IaaC and CI/CD pipelines ~3+ years of Agile related delivery experience ~ Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering) ~ Strong preference for Certified Professionals with relevant Cloud Certifications in Azure, AWS, and GCP Engineering or systems management experience with Active Directory, MFA Services, Secrets Management, and any federation service is beneficial ~ Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, information technology, or other relevant area is preferred TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
